Refund policy

The refund of payments will apply when these following incident are met:

  1. Questionable or Definite in technical difficulties that cause from Ooca's own platform or server and result in an inability to finish the session between psychiatrist/psychologist. ( Causes from the client’s own device or connections are not included unless the administrator deems just.)
  2. Cancellation of the appointment of users in no less than 10 mins until the starting time of the booked session.
  3. Cancellation of the appointment from providers in at all cause.
  4. In case of unmet satisfaction from the service, it is necessary to investigate the case before refund of payment. The decision will be applied to the decision of the administrator.
  5. Provider’s request of refund.
  6. Future change of agreement may apply.
