The refund of payments will apply when these following incident are met:
- Questionable or Definite in technical difficulties that cause from Ooca's own platform or server and result in an inability to finish the session between psychiatrist/psychologist. ( Causes from the client’s own device or connections are not included unless the administrator deems just.)
- Cancellation of the appointment of users in no less than 10 mins until the starting time of the booked session.
- Cancellation of the appointment from providers in at all cause.
- In case of unmet satisfaction from the service, it is necessary to investigate the case before refund of payment. The decision will be applied to the decision of the administrator.
- Provider’s request of refund.
- Future change of agreement may apply.
